Warranty Claims:

All warranty claims will be proccesed throught the Manufacturer, unfortunately this process can take up to 5 weeks we apologize for this

Cancellations & Returns:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. Depending on the manufacturer there could be a 15% restocking fee this is a fee the manufacturer charges us because the items are custom assembled before each shipment to ensure quality control and safe packaging.

Backorders:

If your item is on backorder and you accept the backorder, we will hold your payment until the order ships.

If you decide to cancel before a backorder arrives and has not been processed for shipping, we will not charge a fee.

Shipped Orders:

If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
