WARRANTY INFO
The 1 year included warranty covers any manufacturing defects and damage to the S-LOCK attachment mechanism. The warranty does not cover water damage; avoid severe exposure to water and always make sure the lights are dry before charging.
Which products include a warranty?
All ShredLights products include a 1 year warranty including lights, mounts, charging cables and accessories.
RETURNS
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all orders placed at ShredLights.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at Support@ShredLights.com and mail the items you'd like to return to: ShredLights RMA, 3780 Hancock St., Suite B, San Diego, CA 92110. Please include your name on the label or inside the package. If all of the items are received, we will reach out regarding a full refund, and the money will be back in your bank in 2-3 business days.
REFUNDS
A refund will be processed within 2-3 business days from receiving the product(s).
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method that was used to pay for the order if an item is deemed used/ridden, the product will be returned to the sender and no refund will be processed.
Inmotion will notify you at the email address on file when we process your return.
Order Cancellations
Order processing starts within 24 hours of receipt of your payments, our fulfillment center begins to pack your order at this time. This means item handling costs are incurred for your order. We may not be able to cancel your order free of charge if the parcel has been packed for shipping. Please make sure your order is confirmed before you hit the submit button. Cancellation within 24 hours before shipment is subject to a 5% handling charge. Cancellation of orders after shipment, a restocking fee of 15% will be charged.
Orders in the following situation cannot be canceled:
1.In-transit items. The shipping carrier may take it from our fulfillment center while you cancel it, and we cannot recall the package en route.
2.Bulk orders with customized speculations cannot be canceled if production has been initiated.
Order Modifications
1.If your order has already been shipped and your shipping address needs to be edited for any reason, we will try our best to accommodate and a $30 redirecting fee will apply;
2.Order processing starts within 24 hours of receipt of your payments, however, you will not be charged any fees to add additional items to your order, change items any time to the order processing state.

Shipping Information
Thank you for shopping at electricsportscopmany.com, we value customer satisfaction as always. We ship to the US via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. All scooter orders are signature required to avoid unattended drop-off. Your orders are sent directly to our US-based fulfillment centers for immediate processing and we provide a tracking number via email for you to check on your order status at any time.
Order process:
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification of tracking information when your order has shipped.
Estimated time Arrival:
Shipping times will be affected during public holidays or e-commerce peak seasons. All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from real-world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly contact us for help.
Order Tracking:
As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. After that, you will be able to track your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your tracking number to activate.
Your shipment is insured:
With signature confirmation, your parcel is worry-free from unattended drop-off. In addition, insurance is included on all scooter orders for no extra charge, which covers up to $1000 worth of accidental loss or damage to your shipment while it is in the possession of the shipping carrier.
Order Cancelation/modification:
You can cancel your order before the package shipped free of charge. However, if the package has already been shipped out, you need to pay a $50 shipping fee for canceling your order. If your order has already been shipped and your shipping address needs to be edited for any reason, we will try our best to accommodate and a $30 redirecting fee will apply.
International orders:
All orders are dispatching from our US warehouses. Please be aware that local taxes and duties may apply to you (including import taxes, duty, customs, brokerage fees, etc). Shipping times can be affected by variable customs clearance times or public holidays. If your country is not listed above, please email us before placing the order.
