Warranty Policy


Lifetime Warranty is available on all Hiplok keyed chain locks, Hiplok D locks and on AIRLOK, ANKR, ANKR MINI and JAW
To qualify for Lifetime Warranty, you must register your product within 30 days of purchase using the form on this page.
Lifetime Warranty applies to hardware only, fabric sleeves are not included. Fabric sleeves are covered by our standard 12 month manufacturers warranty – replacement sleeves can be purchased separately.
Lifetime Warranty covers standard wear and tear and does not apply to products subjected to attempted theft or abuse.
Lifetime Warranty – is defined as 10 years from date of purchase.

Return Policy

if for some reason you are not completely in love with your Hiplok product, we have the following returns policies in place;
We guarantee all merchandise sold by hiplok.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for replacement or refund for the costs of the Product, excluding delivery costs. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. If the item does not arrive back at our offices within 30 days, we cannot accept returns for any reason other than defects.
We will not process any refund or replacement until the Product is back in our possession.
If you have any technical issues with your product please email info@electricsportscompany.com.

Pack and return the item in the original packaging
Include a note with your name and order number.

Order Cancellations

Order processing starts within 24 hours of receipt of your payments, our fulfillment center begins to pack your order at this time. This means item handling costs are incurred for your order. We may not be able to cancel your order free of charge if the parcel has been packed for shipping. Please make sure your order is confirmed before you hit the submit button. Cancellation within 24 hours before shipment is subject to a 5% handling charge. Cancellation of orders after shipment, a restocking fee of 15% will be charged.

Orders in the following situation cannot be canceled:

1.In-transit items. The shipping carrier may take it from our fulfillment center while you cancel it, and we cannot recall the package en route.

2.Bulk orders with customized speculations cannot be canceled if production has been initiated.

Order Modifications

1.If your order has already been shipped and your shipping address needs to be edited for any reason, we will try our best to accommodate and a $30 redirecting fee will apply;

2.Order processing starts within 24 hours of receipt of your payments, however, you will not be charged any fees to add additional items to your order, change items any time to the order processing state.

Shipping Information

Thank you for shopping at electricsportscopmany.com, we value customer satisfaction as always. We ship to the US via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. All scooter orders are signature required to avoid unattended drop-off. Your orders are sent directly to our US-based fulfillment centers for immediate processing and we provide a tracking number via email for you to check on your order status at any time.

Order process:

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification of tracking information when your order has shipped.

Estimated time Arrival:

Shipping times will be affected during public holidays or e-commerce peak seasons. All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from real-world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly contact us for help.

Order Tracking:

As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. After that, you will be able to track your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your tracking number to activate.

Your shipment is insured:

With signature confirmation, your parcel is worry-free from unattended drop-off. In addition, insurance is included on all scooter orders for no extra charge, which covers up to $1000 worth of accidental loss or damage to your shipment while it is in the possession of the shipping carrier.

Order Cancelation/modification:

You can cancel your order before the package shipped free of charge. However, if the package has already been shipped out, you need to pay a $50 shipping fee for canceling your order. If your order has already been shipped and your shipping address needs to be edited for any reason, we will try our best to accommodate and a $30 redirecting fee will apply.

International orders:

All orders are dispatching from our US warehouses. Please be aware that local taxes and duties may apply to you (including import taxes, duty, customs, brokerage fees, etc). Shipping times can be affected by variable customs clearance times or public holidays. If your country is not listed above, please email us before placing the order.
