WARRANTY
NANROBOT only provides a warranty on scooters purchased from this website and are the original purchaser. If you bought your scooter from a dealer, please contact the dealer. From the moment the customer receives the order, all NANROBOT electric scooters have a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The NANROBOT support team is always at your service for any questions you might have.
Warranty Claiming Process
1.In order to claim the warranty, you need to provide visual (pictures and videos) evidence of the defects. This should be sent to our email along with related textual information.
2.If the customer service team ascertains that there is indeed a manufacturing defect, we will send you new replacement parts.
3.Replacement parts are provided only once during the warranty period.

The final interpretation of the NANROBOT all
This warranty does not cover:
Conditions, malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect usage, poor maintenance or adjustment as advised in the user manual;
Conditions, malfunctions or damage caused by or during the time that the user is under the influence of drugs, alcohol or any other mind-altering influences;
Conditions, malfunctions or damage caused by acts of nature;
Conditions, malfunctions or damage caused by or due to the customer self-modifying, decomposing or destroying the parts without prior authorisation from the manufacturer.
Conditions, malfunctions or damage caused by the use of non-original parts or unauthorised circuit and configuration change.
Fractures/breakage or loss of plastic parts inclusive of the choke, charging port, handlebar switches and plastic flaps.

Our Return Policy
Product Return
We have a 15-day return policy. This means that when you receive your item, you can request to return it back within 15 days of delivery.
However, you need to inform us first and receive authorisation to ship back the product. We do not accept items sent back to us without a prior request for return.
For products purchased through authorised retailers, please contact the retail store and return them in accordance with their return policy.
Applicable Policies
1.Cancelling an order before and after it has been shipped:
We usually send ordered products to the logistics company within 24 hours of the order. So, if you want to cancel the order after it has been delivered to the logistics company, you need to pay a 10% handling fee. We will then contact the logistics company as soon as possible to cancel the shipment.
If the logistics company cannot cancel the shipment because the items have been shipped, then you will be required to pay the return shipping costs.
2. All products to be returned must meet the following criteria to be considered for return:
- The product must be unused (Never ridden or used in any way).
- The product must be returned in its original packaging and all necessary components must remain in the original box.
- All accessories must be intact and included in the returning package. This includes the manual, charger, and any other item originally accompanying the box.
Once the above return criteria are met, we will send you the shipping address and instructions on where and how to send the package.
Please note that we will charge a 10% handling fee and you will be responsible for bearing the shipping cost.
Refund Approval
Once we receive the returned package, we will check it and let you know if the product and everything else came back intact. If everything came back intact, we will approve your refund and notify you. Following that, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days of the refund approval.
Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the chargeback. However, if after 15 business days you are yet to receive the chargeback, please contact us at info@electricsportscompany.com.
Damaged Products and Wrong Shipment
Please check your order immediately upon delivery and notify us if the product is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the situation and try to resolve it.

Please do not send unauthorised scooters back to the factory or warehouse addresses. No product will be accepted back without due authorisation from our end.
Shipping Information
When can I expect to receive my order? How long does it take?
We fulfill the order within 24-48 hours. In most of the cases, the scooter can be sent out the next business day. The standard deliveries in above countries, the estimated shipping time is about 4-7 business days.
