Warranty Policy
WARRANTY AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
All Himiway bikes are covered under our 2-year, all-inclusive manufacturer's warranty for the owner against all manufacturing defects. (All free accessories are not covered by warranty service.)
WARRANTY PERIOD AND TARGET AUDIENCE TERMS
The warranty is registered automatically when the initial purchaser orders and then receives the product from our online shop and applies to the initial purchaser only.
As for warranty transfer, the ebike transferee can only benefit from the warranty when both of these conditions are met:
The 2-year package hasn't expired since the initial owner has received it;
The new owner has the initial purchaser’s name and the original order number.
COVERED PRODUCTS
Himiway will replace any component that is deemed to be defective or damaged (including damage incurred during shipment), except in case of user error. The warranty covers the listed products and follows the terms below:
Frame
Himiway ebike frames are covered by a replacement warranty for 2 years.
This warranty includes a replacement frame only. Labor charges associated with transferring parts to replacement frames are not included. An authorized Himiway service representative will determine if the frame meets the replacement standard.
Himiway reserves the right to use scratch and dent stock when replacing a frame under this warranty. Frame styles and/or colors not in stock may be replaced with a compatible style and/or color at Himiway’s discretion.
Frame issues excluded from this warranty include but are not limited to:
Corrosion
Paint fade, scratches, and impact marks
Impact damage
Non-reversible modification (such as drilling or welding)
Chain guard mounted to the frame, if applicable
Batteries
Himiway batteries are covered by a 2-year prorated warranty.
During the first 2 years of service – A defective battery will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery will remain unchanged from the original purchase date.
No cash reimbursement will be made.
Batteries can be assessed and found defective directly by Himiway only.
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
Defects or damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemical exposure, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electricalor electromechanical stress; Defects or damage caused by private modification; Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, unless caused by Himiway; Products that have the serial number or bar-code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible; Ordinary wear and tear;
Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by Himiway for the Products;
Defects or damage caused by the assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment of the Products in a manner that varies from the Assembly Instructions or Owner's Manual;
Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorms, lightning, earthquakes, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuses, or improper use of any electrical source.
In addition, with respect to the battery, this Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from following actions or situations: Charging with a battery charger not intended or appropriate for use with the Battery; Using a battery charger improperly;
If any of the seals on the battery are broken or show evidence of tampering;
If the Battery has been used in equipment other than the Bike for which it is specified.
Parts & Components
Original Himiway parts and components are covered by a 2-year limited warranty. (If more than 15 days have passed since the date of receipt of the bike, the replacement of parts within the warranty period will require shipping costs.)
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
Parts compromised by corrosion due to exposure to the elements (moisture, heat, etc.); Damage or deterioration of the surface finish, appearance, or aesthetics of the product;
The Warranty of the frame, forks, handlebar, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, crank-set, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD, kickstand, reflectors, and hardware only extendsone week after receiving the goods. Parts damaged during use after seven days will be charged to the customer;
Labor charges for part replacement or changeover;
Defects or damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress;
Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage not caused by Himiway;
Products with the serial number or bar-code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible;
Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by Himiway for the Products;
Defects or damage caused by improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from the Assembly Instructions or Owner's Manual;
Defects or damage resulting from external causes, such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorms, lightning, earthquakes, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuses, or improper use of any electrical source.
Ordinary wear and tear not resultingfrom defects in workmanship or materials. Wear and tear can be assessed by Himiway. Parts not typically covered include but are not limited to:
Brake pads
Rotors
spokes
Tires/tubes
Chains
Chain rings
Cassettes
Crank-set
CLAIMS PROCESS
1. Warranty Claims
All claims to this warranty must be made through Himiway and submitted to info@electricsportscompany.com. Proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product is required to be submitted alongside any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, you are encouraged to contact A Himiway expert via info@electricsportscompany.com, as there may be a simple fix for your problem that does not necessitate filing a claim. Valid warranty claims made within 2 years of initial purchase will be processed through Himiway.
Defective displays, batteries, motors and controllers need to be returned, and a deposit of $99 is required for replacement, and the deposit will be refunded when the defective accessories are returned.
Please note: For frame number starting with 185 and FLE, except for the battery to be returned, the other three accessories (displays, motors and controllers) do not need to be returned, shipping fee will be charged for replacement.
Himiway will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. Customers must provide this evidence by email.
Attention: Himiway will offer free components and replacement parts (while shipping fees are not included), and any installation fees will not be covered by Himiway without the after-sales team’s authorization.
2. Shipping Damage Claims
In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact info@electricsportscompany.com and provide us with photo or video proof.
No free accessories are eligible for replacement or compensation if they are scratched during transportation.
NOTICE: We will not accept shipping damage claims filed more than 7 days after receipt of any products.
REPAIR SERVICE
For offline bicycle store repair services like Velotooler, Himiway will only provide free replacement parts. We do not reimburse any labor costs incurred by the repair service.
Return Policy
1. ORDER CANCELLATION
For all orders( including pre-orders), your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. There will be no delay in payment collection, regardless of when the item is expected to ship.
BEFORE SHIPMENT: Please refer to our shipping policy for order cancellation.
AFTER SHIPMENT: To request an order cancellation after it has been shipped, the customer needs to pay a 10% processing fee. The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $150 . Himiway will provide a return shipping label, and the designated carrier will collect the return package. The customer may also choose self-return or arrange the return shipment by himself.
Please notice: if a customer decided to arrange the return shipment by himself and the request has been confirmed by Himiway’s customer service team, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safety of the shipping and the success of the return. The customer must choose the signature confirmation service for the shipment, and we highly recommend adding additional shipping insurance for the return package. Himiway will not be responsible for any damage, loss, or other accident to the shipment arranged by the customer.
The customer needs to email Himiway’s customer service team regarding any order cancellation. Once an order cancellation request has been approved, Himiway will email the customer a cancellation notification email. The customer shall not send a return package to Himiway without receiving notification. Himiway will reject all shipments without scheduled to arrive, and the customer is responsible for any related fee or loss.
2. ORDER MODIFICATION
Please refer to our shipping policy to modify an order before the customer has received it.
We cannot modify an order after the customer has received it. The customer can place a new order and return the products in the original order by contacting our customer service in advance. All return requests must follow our return policy and receive a pre-approval notice from our customer service team in the email. The processing fee can be prevented if the product return is due to an order modification, which means the customer has placed a new order with a higher or similar dollar amount with the returned product(s). If the customer does not place a new order or the total amount is significantly lower than the original order, a 10% processing fee of the original order will be deducted from the total refund amount.
3. MODEL REPLACEMENT & RETURN
Free replacement: Customers may reject a package due to significantly shipping damage (functionally affecting using) or contact customer service for missing and critically-damaged parts or other quality-related issues. Our customer service team will help to arrange the replacement.
For us to better understand the problem and solve it effectively, photos and / or videos are REQUIRED as evidence.
*Definition of critically-damaged items: the main structure of the product is obviously deformed and affects its normal functions in any form.
Note: the following situations will be seen as normal and will not apply to the free replacement or refund policy:
A) Minor damage to the outer packaging.
B) Minor scratches or paint loss on the product.
C) Damage to parts or wearing parts after excessive use.
D) Damage to parts or wearing parts after using for a certain while or a certain number of times.
For non-quality issues, customer may ask for product replacement or return within 15 days after received it. A 10% processing fee will be applied but we can prevent it for the customer if a replacement order is received. The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $150. Himiway will provide a return shipping label, and the designated carrier will collect the return package. The customer may also choose self-return or arrange the return shipment by himself.
To be eligible for a replacement or return, the bike must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it. The mileage on the LCD screen must be less than 10 miles.
Please notice: if a customer decided to arrange the return shipment by himself and the request has been confirmed by Himiway’s customer service team, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safety of the shipping and the success of the return. The customer must choose the signature confirmation service for the shipment, and we highly recommend adding additional shipping insurance for the return package. Himiway will not be responsible for any damage, loss, or other accident to the shipment arranged by the customer.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
A) Fashionable wear (hats, etc)
B) All accessories
C) Special orders
D) Used items except in EXTREME cases of breakage/malfunction
4. Refund
Once our warehouse has received the returned product(s) and checked to confirm it meets our return condition, we will deduct any applicable fee and send the remaining refund according to the customer's original payment method.
Customers are encouraged to check with their credit card company and/or bank if the refund has not been posted on the account after two days it has been issued. Delays may occur due to the different fund transfer procedures in different financial institutions. Please contact us at info@electricsportscompany.com if the customer has not received the refund after ten business days.
Shipping Information
COSTS & DESTINATIONS
Currently, we only provide FREE shipping to the lower 48 states in the US. And we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO. Kindly notice that all of our products are tax-inclusive for all 48 states, you will not be charged with extra tax when purchasing at our online store in the United States.
SHIPPING TIME
In-stock orders typically ship the next business day, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
For in-stock orders, we'll provide tracking number within 5 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The carrier is UPS/FedEx. It may take 3-10 days for your shipment to be scanned by UPS/FedEx. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by Himiway are estimates.

SHIPPING CHANGES & ORDER CANCELLATION
Before shipping
Order Cancellation: If you cancel the e-bike order that was placed in 2 hours, the processing fee will not be charged. If a customer ordered the wrong model and wants to place a new order, after the second order is received, the original order will not be charged any processing fee.
If you cancel orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet, 8% of the ebike cost will be charged as a processing fee.
If you cancel the accessory order that was placed in 2 hours, the processing fee will not be charged. If it exceeds 2 hours, 25% of the order amount will be charged as a processing fee.
Change of Address: No charge fee.
Replacements and exchanges: If the customer does not place a new order or the total amount is significantly lower than the original order, a 10% processing fee of the original order will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Customer will be charged 4% fee by cancel the order within one extension, Customer canceled orders that are postponed twice or more will not be charging any fee.
After shipping
Order Cancellation: If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 10% of the ebike cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $150. Himiway will provide a return shipping label, and the designated carrier will collect the return package.
Or the customer may also choose self-return or arrange the return shipment by himself. More information is provided on Refund Policy - Model Replacement & Return Part.
Please Note: We do not accept returns for accessories that are not quality problems.
Change of Address: If you successfully change your address, $20 will be charged as a processing fee. If you fail to change your address, you may refuse the package and 10% of the ebike cost will be charged as a reshipping fee. And the costomer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $150.
Replacements and exchanges:
A)If you successfully exchange the item, $20 will be charged as a processing fee.
B) If you fail to change, you may reject the package and 10% of the ebike cost will be charged as a reshipping fee.
C) If you fail to reject the item and still want to cancel the order, 10% of the ebike cost will be charged as the processing fees and the costomer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $150.

If you haven't received the bike, however, the logistics order shows the goods have been signed. In this situation, please contact us in 3 business days. Otherwise, after 3 working days, we will no longer deal with this issue, and customers need to contact the corresponding logistics company to solve this issue.
