Scott was awesome to work with. I ordered an XP 3.0 in black or whatever color they call it and Lectric could not fulfill the order. Scott set me up with the XP 4 which for the upgrades was well worth the extra cost. Fast forward a couple of weeks and I ended up buying a second XP 4 for my wife. Since Scott’s customer service was awesome the first time, we decided to go again buy through Electric Sports Company. We did buy the 2 year warranties just in case but I’m confident that if anything goes sideways ESC will help make it right. Oh and apparently they just opened a cafe in the store so the next time we’re in New York we’ll stop by and get a cup of coffee
