Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund before you receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.
If you cancel after the order has been shipped, you will be responsible for:
- The return shipping costs.
- The original shipping cost we incurred to send the product to you (even if “free shipping” was advertised).
Once a shipment has left our facility, all sales are considered final. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange after the item has shipped.
In Store Purchases
Our refund policy is ‘All Sales Final’. Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange
on in store purchases
Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
- You must have a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
- A return must be approved by us in writing before you send the product back.
- A restocking fee of up to $300 may apply at our sole discretion.
- Any product returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Accessories and apparel are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or denied.
Refunds may be partially or fully withheld if:
- The returned product is damaged, shows signs of use, or is not in original condition.
- The product has been in your possession for more than 14 days or has been ridden or used.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable number of days.
If you ordered by mistake, your refund will still be subject to the policies above.
For international orders: refunds will be issued in USD up to the full amount of the original purchase. You are responsible for any currency conversion charges applied by your card issuer or the payment processor.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available in cases of severe defects or extreme shipping damage. If you believe you qualify for an exchange or replacement, please contact our support team at [insert email].
Shipping Damage
If your package arrives visibly damaged, do not accept the delivery. Refuse the shipment and contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange a replacement.
If you accept a damaged package, you do so at your own risk, and we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement. Shipping carriers require damage to be reported at the time of delivery in order to process a claim.
