Shipping Policy

Electric Sports Company's goal is to keep the fulfillment process as simple as possible. Shipping times vary from 1-3 business days, if in stock and delivery times varies between 3-10 business days if your product is in stock.

Select Electric Bicycles can have extended lead times if they are located overseas and not in stock in the US. 

Select Electric Skateboards can have extended lead times if they are located overseas and not in stock in the US. 

Select Electric Scooters can have extended lead times if they are located overseas and not in stock in the US. 

Electric Sports Company will send you automated tracking updates once we receive the tracking number for your order. You can also track your order by clicking TRACK MY PACKAGE.

Order Confirmation:

You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you place your order. This means that we have authorized your credit card for the purchase and are preparing your order for shipment. 
As soon as we receive your order, we automatically contact our warehouse to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. 
If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will contact you via email.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and your credit card is approved by our fraud guarantee department, the bike ordered will ship within 1-2 business days from the date of your order. 
We will send you the tracking information within 24 hours to the email address you provided when checking out. 
We ship daily via UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground, and Freight to the lower 48 states.

Some parts orders and freight shipments are subject to ship the following business day if the order is placed close to the 1pm cut off time.
Shipping costs are included with any unit going ground to the lower 48 states. 

AK & HI ship by AIR at additional cost. 

A phone number is required by the freight company so a delivery appointment can be made. 
Failure to provide this at the time of order may cause a delay in delivery as freight items will not be delivered without an appointment. 

Cancellations & Refunds:

 If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. Depending on the manufacturer there could be a 15% restocking fee this is a fee the manufacturer charges us because the items are custom assembled before each shipment to ensure quality control and safe packaging. Please read each individual manufactures return policy, click here.


From time to time, a product may run out of stock at our warehouse In that case, we will send you an email right after you place your order notifying you of the backorder, what the expected time for arrival is, and what substitutes are available in case you are interested in getting a bike sooner.
The expected arrival time may change due to unforeseen circumstances like a shipment getting held up at the port upon arrival or the factory missing a certain part needed to complete the manufacturing process.
If the arrival time changes on your order, you can let us know whether you would like to keep the order, substitute for a different electric bike, or cancel the order altogether. 
Once back orders arrive, we will notify you by email with your estimated ship date and you will receive an email with tracking information within 1-3 business days. 

Shipping damage:

Should your item arrive with damage that is a direct result of the assigned shipping carriers mishandling, Please follow the instructions below to take photos of damaged package, and contact costumer service at Electric Sports Company

  • Carton damage requires visual inspection of contents of the unit.
  • Electric Sports Company recommends IMMEDIATE inspection, with driver present, to verify damage. If contents are damaged, indicate damage on carrier’s paperwork and notify Electric Sports Company immediately.
  • IMPORTANT: If contents cannot be inspected immediately, notation on carrier’s paperwork must state:“Carton damage, subject to inspection” and list type of damage.
  • Contents must be inspected within 48 hours of arrival and actual damage reported to the carrier
  • Refuse shipment
  • Sign carrier paperwork: “Carton damaged and refused”
  • Notify Electric Sports Company immediately.

 Required Photos for Damage Claim

- A photo of the packaging material used inside box (e.g. bubble wrap, Styrofoam peanuts, cardboard dividers, etc.)

- A close-up photo of the shipping label with tracking number (please zoom in enough to read the tracking number which usually begins with 1Z)

- Two photos displaying all sides of the package (1 photo should display the top and 2 sides, the 2nd photo should display the bottom and the opposite sides).




Please note warranty processing may take 4-8 weeks and will be subject to Mondraker's policies and discretion. 


Mondraker bicycles are sold only via its network of authorised distributors, who are responsible for the servicing and maintenance of our bicycles. Mondraker frames are built in accordance with the most innovative production processes, and the most demanding quality controls. This allows Mondraker to offer a lifetime warranty for all its frames against defects of materials or manufacturing.



1. The Mondraker Warranty must be activated by prior online registration at within no more than three months of the date of purchase. All unregistered bicycles will be governed by the minimum warranty conditions imposed in the country of purchase.


2. This warranty takes effect from the date of purchase for bicycles and frames acquired from the 2010 season onwards. It applies only to the original owner and is non transferable. The previously applicable warranty had a duration of three years for double suspension bicycles and five for rigid models, covering only the original owner.


3. All components, suspension forks and rear shock absorbers fitted to our bicycles will be covered by the original manufacturer's warranty, up to the minimum required by the regulations of the country of purchase.


4. The warranty against paint defects of frames as a result of a non-conformity existing at the time of delivery of the product will have a duration of three (3) years.


5. Mondraker reserves the right to repair or replace the defective frame as a whole, or otherwise the specific defective part or item, depending on the appraisal by technical team, and taking into account the possible accrual of disproportionate costs under the different options to make good the fault.


6. Frames or parts subject to replacement for reasons covered by the warranty will be replaced with the same model or an equivalent model from the same year, while stocks last. Once the model is no longer in stock, it will be replaced with a model from a subsequent year, the colour and graphic design of which may be significantly different.


7. All warranties must be processed via an authorised Mondraker distributor, requiring presentation of proof of purchase and online registration for models acquired from the 2010 season onwards. The point of sale will adopt the procedural warranty form defined by Mondraker. 


8. In the event that the Purchaser has the status of Consumer, the commercial guarantee will be governed by Spanish Royal Decree 1/2007, of 16 November 2007, approving the consolidated text of the Consumer and User Protection Act, and all other complementary legislation, taking into account the amendments made to said legislation by Spanish Royal Decree-Act 7/2021, of 27 April 2021, transposing European Union Directives with regard to Consumer protection, in particular Directive (EU) 2019/771 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 20 May 2019, on certain aspects concerning contracts for the sale of goods, amending Regulation (EU) 2017/2394 and Directive 2009/22/EC, and repealing Directive 1999/44/EC.


9. In accordance with the applicable regulations, in the event of product non-conformity, Mondraker will be liable for non-conformities that exist at the time of delivery or supply and become apparent within a period of three (3) years of delivery, the delivery date being understood as the date indicated on the commercial invoice, unless the Purchaser explicitly acknowledged conformity by signing the corresponding delivery document for the goods, and without prejudice to the provisions of consumer protection regulations if the Purchaser has such status. (COMMENT: Consumer legislation establishes that clauses to waive rights are null and void, and an indication of conformity at the time of purchase would be unlikely to take effect in the case of consumers. A section has therefore been added making the efficacy of the clauses dependent on the provisions of consumer protection legislation).


10. This warranty is governed by Consumer and User protection legislation, and applies if the Purchaser has such status, covering only malfunction derived from proven manufacturing defects, in other words non-conformities existing at the time of product delivery. However, it will not be valid in the event of misuse, inappropriate or incorrect maintenance and/or functioning, or in the event of improper use of the product, or as a result of negligence or a lack of expertise on the part of the Purchaser, or in the case of incidents caused by force majeure. In short, for any reason outside the responsibility of the manufacturer. This warranty will likewise be immediately voided in the event that the product is manipulated, modified or repaired by any person without the authorisation of Mondraker.


11. In the event that Consumer and User protection legislation establishes presumptions with regard to the existence of non-conformities at the time of delivery of the products to the end Consumer, there will be an appraisal of whether the presumption is compatible with the nature of the product and the type of non-conformity that has been found.


12. Mondraker may in any event inspect any faults or defects claimed by the Purchaser by any means it may see fit, including the right to conduct an expert examination in order to demonstrate whether the non-conformity existed at the time of delivery of the products.


13. Mondraker undertakes, if the Purchaser has end Consumer status, and entirely in accordance with the legislation in force, other than in cases of force majeure, to guarantee spare parts for a period of ten (10) years from the date when the goods are no longer manufactured.



1. Standard wear and tear, on both the frame and those components liable to suffer natural wear, such as tyres, handlebar grips, chain, brake pads, chain cover, hubs, bearings, etc. 

2. Mondraker accepts no liability for any incompatibility of components between frames from different years, occurring as a result of their updating and technical improvement, such as the shock absorber, bottom bracket, headset, fork, wheels, seatpost, derailleur, etc. 

3. Inappropriate assembly or maintenance, or installation of parts and accessories that are incompatible or do not comply with the specific usage conditions for that model of bicycle.

4. This warranty is specifically and exclusively limited to the repair or replacement of a defective part, and does not under any circumstances cover any personal damage that might directly or indirectly result from their failure during usage.

5. Damage or faults caused by accident, incorrect usage, misuse or negligence.

6. The lifespan of each bicycle/frame will depend on the type of material and construction. This lifespan may be reduced by the form and type of use, or a lack of appropriate maintenance and care. The lifetime warranty will therefore be entirely dependent on the optimal life-cycle determined by Mondraker for each specific product.

7. Each bicycle or frame is manufactured to perform a particular use according to its technical specifications. The warranty will be valid provided that it has been used for the purpose for which it was manufactured.

8. The rear triangles and links have a warranty of 3 (three) years from the date of purchase. In the event of breakage, only the damaged part will be replaced, not the complete frame.

9. Labour for the replacement or changeover of parts. (COMMENT: This provision is in breach of Article 118.4(a) of the Consolidated Text of the Consumer and User Protection Act. However, the last section contains a general clause which refers to the cancellation of clauses in breach of the regulations in the country of acquisition, and in principle it may therefore be maintained, but will not apply if European consumer protection regulations apply, as these have been harmonised in this regard.)

10. All warranties will be subject to the decision of our technicians as to the nature and causes of the breakage, following an in-depth study of the frame in question.

11. The duration and details of the warranty may vary depending on the country where the bicycle is acquired, and subject to the legal conditions and specific limitations of the country in question.

12. Bicycles that have a frame painted by any person or company unconnected with Mondraker will automatically forfeit their warranty, as Mondraker cannot verify the use of appropriate products and materials to paint the bicycle, and we would therefore be unable to ensure its strength and hardiness.

* If the jurisdiction of any country prohibits any of the aforementioned clauses, that clause will be cancelled while the remainder will remain in effect.

Standard Mondraker Return Policy:


Items can be returned up to 15 days after the delivery of the shipment. The items need to be in original condition to be eligible for a return.
If the days since you have received the product have exceeded that manufacturers return policy unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, customers must return the product in 100% new, re-sellable condition. 
  • Merchandise is not eligible for a refund if it has been assembled, ridden, worn, used, abused, damaged in any way. 
  • The merchandise must arrive complete, including warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional material, and in the original packaging.
  • The item must be shipped back with care as not to be received damaged.
  • This ensures that all components arrive in a re-sellable condition.
  • Costumers must obtain an RMA number before returning. Without an RMA number, the item cannot be returned. 
  • Shipping charges incurred during checkout are not refundable.
  • The return shipping, insurance, and tracking number is the responsibility of the buyer.
  • The Shipping, Handling and Insurance Fees paid by buyer are NOT included in return credit issued. 
  • Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
  • To start your return process we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Return an Item:


  • To return an item, please email customer service at and explain the reason of the return, and we will start the return process. 
  • If your return is approved you will receive an email from us with a RMA number and return instructions.
    Securely pack all the returned items in the original packaging and include any other paperwork requested in the return approval email.
  • We recommend taking a picture of the package and/or the item before shipping.
  • Ship the package. We will either provide you a return shipping label or you will have to arrange the shipping yourself. You can use UPS or FedEx Ground if your order was delivered by one of these carriers. If your item is larger and was delivered with one of the LTL freight carriers you need to make sure the box is put on a pallet and schedule a pickup with an LTL freight carrier.
  • Please provide us the tracking number.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment
  • Please allow 7-14 business days after delivery of the returned item for our Customer Service Department to inspect the return and process your refund.
  • *note please keep a copy of the return tracking number so that you will be able to monitor the return shipping of your product.

Damages and Issues:


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.




You can cancel your order free of charge up to 24 hours after the order was placed and if the order has not been physically shipped.

If your order has been shipped, you can be subject to a 3% transaction fee and our Standard Return Policy applies.

All orders placed through our Sites are subject to our acceptance. The receipt of an order confirmation means that your order request has been received. It does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an offer to sell a product. We explicitly reserve the right not to accept any order for any reason, with no further obligation to you.

We may cancel orders or parts of an order for various reasons, including, but not limited to, the following:

The item(s) has become unavailable or your order exceeds our limitations on quantities available for purchase
We are having difficulty processing your payment information
We are unable to ship to the address provided
The order is flagged by our security systems as unusual or an order susceptible to fraud
There was an error in the pricing, product description or other relevant information on the Sites
If your order is cancelled, you will receive notice via email. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If your order is cancelled after your credit card or other payment instrument has been charged, we will issue a credit to the relevant account in the amount of the charge. Once an order is cancelled, it cannot be reprocessed and must be submitted again through a separate transaction on the Sites. If you are interested in purchasing items similar to those unavailable, you may contact Customer Service for recommendations.

Shipping damage:

Please inspect the item for any visible damages upon delivery as any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt in order to be eligible for damage claims.

Do not refuse the shipment. Please notify our Customer Service Department immediately after delivery if damage has occurred.

If your item is on backorder and you accept the backorder, we will hold your payment until the order ships.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Electronics, Hard Parts, Tools, Tires

Any electronic which has been removed from packaging or manufacturer seal broken is non-returnable.

Any part, which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a bike is non-returnable.

Any Tool or Chemical that has been opened or seal broken is non-returnable.

Open box items for which the packaging has been destroyed are not returnable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.


Refund Policy


Once your return has been processed your refund may take up to 48 hours to appear in your account.

If your return is the result of a Manufacturing Defect, please email with the subject line "Manufacturing Defect - <Order Number>".



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Restocking fees and return shipping fees

Electric Sports Company does NOT charge for restocking fees or return shipping labels for returns of defective items through no fault of your own, or if you received the wrong item, or if we have made some other shipping error, provided the item is within its return policy period. 


Returns are subject to restocking fee of up to 50% of the purchase price. Electric Sports Company may assess the restocking fees against the customer’s account or deduct the fees from the refund amount.


For returns of unopened items that are returned in the original condition as shipped within the return policy period, Electric Sports Company does NOT charge for restocking fees, but customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

If you find another online store that offers a lower price then us within 30 days of your purchase date  please contact Electric Sports Company and we will refund your original payment for the difference.  We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering.  If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within 30 days of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.

To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within 30 days from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations:

  • You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee
  • Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
  • The item must be in stock on the competitors website
  • The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location
  • The website can not be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, etc..)
  • The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer for the product in question
  • The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax
