Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email to notify you that your item has been received by the manufacturer. 
  • You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
  • Please note that in most cases where a return is not related to damage or defects, our suppliers will assess a restocking fee and/or require that you pay for return shipping, or deduct that cost from your return in the instance where they supply a shipping label. For this reason, we urge customers to be certain that the product they are purchasing is correct for their purposes in terms of usefulness, size and other characteristics. 
  • The manufacturer will inspect the returned product, this could take up to 5 business days.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, this may take 3-5 days.

Refund Process:

  • Some factors to consider when asking "where is my refund" (the return shipping is usually the longest factor)
  • Item get shipped from you, takes about the same time as when it was shipped to you(3-30 days)
  • The time required for return shipping (up to 30 days for international manufacturers)
  • Product arrives at manufacturer, and is inspected.
  • Product inspection at our return facility (1-5 business days)
  • Refund is processed.
  • Processing from your financial institution (up to 3-5 business days). 


*note please keep a copy of the return tracking number so that you will be able to monitor the return shipping of your product.
You will be notified via email with the details of the refund and we will issue the refund back to the form of payment used to make the purchase.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, up to 3-5 business days.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@electricsportscompaany.com or 866-485-3223.

CANCELLATIONS:

You can cancel your order free of charge up to 24 hours after the order was placed and if the order has not been physically shipped. All unshipped orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a 3% transaction fee.
If your order has been shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Exchanges: (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Backorders:

If your item is on backorder and you accept the backorder, we will hold your payment until the order ships.
If you decide to cancel before a backorder arrives and has not been processed for shipping, we will not charge a fee.
